How do I reserve a property?

You must pay a non-refundable reservation fee of PHP 30,000 and provide the requirements listed below:

• 2 valid government IDs (with 3 specimen signature)

• Birth certificate

• Proof of billing 

  • If renting, letter of tenancy and ID of owner

• Bank statement (latest 3 months)

• Proof of income for Locally Employed

  • Certificate of Employment of Compensation

  • Income Tax Return 2316

• Proof of income for Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW)

  • Employment Contract / Valid Job Contract
